It is a good cd. I hadnt heard any Prince songs for ages, and I was singing along with them!!!! I think all of his hits are on there - well worth getting. Especially liked Raspberry Beret, When Doves Cry.

Listening to this album you are reminded of the great hooks, funky licks and often naughty words ('Get Off') of the dwarf genius Prince. Whether it's the atmospheric 'Purple Rain', the rocking 'Let's Go Crazy' (surely one of the best song endings ever?)or l'air du temps of Sign O' the Times, Prince scores time and again. A great collection of 17 of his best songs and a legacy that will no doubt continue to be copied by other artists for generations to come simply because t it all works so well.

If you were too young at the time to buy his albums but old enough to remember how cool he was and do some sexy dance moves too. This is for you, it has all the greats on there and is a good addition if your adding a few 80's icones to your CD collection.

I LOVED Prince all throughout the 80's and listening to this really takes me back to being a teenager with my gang of equally Prince obsessed mates, when it was still really 'fun' to smoke and get drunk! It puts me in a great mood, takes me back and makes me want to go out and party. What more can you ask for from an album?!

if u have no prince albums? and your new to his material, try out this album and find out why hes simply one of the best ever :) after that, go buy yourself Purple Rain and experience one of the best studio albums of all time :)
