Catchy madness disguised as pop! March 16, 2010 M. P. OKeefe (London, England.) Bad Romance was number one in nineteen countries and in the UK Lady Gaga became the first female in British chart history to have three number-one singles in one year, and the only female artist in British chart history to have achieved number one singles in the 2000 and 2010 decades...so far at least!
Catchy and weird, Bad Romance is strangely addictive!
The voice February 17, 2010 A. Porcella 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Her performances and her eccentric style is not the main attraction but it's her voice. A rough rhyming style that is well known for in the beginning of her songs. Whenever you hear a song on the radio, you can immediately tell if it's her or not because of the sound of her voice. Really good artist!
The only good thing on X Factor 2009 January 23, 2010 Robin (Berkshire, UK) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Firstly, why does anyone get so hung up about lyrics? Half the music out there you can't understand the lyrics and much of the rest is pretentious rubbish anyway. I just listen to the music.
Anyway, Lady Gaga's performance of Bad Romance was far and away the best thing to happen to X Factor in 2009, which can only be remembered otherwise for its mind boggling mediocrity. The only thing I would thank the X Factor producers for is giving us this one shining diamond amongst a huge pile of cubic zirconia.
BETTER THAN POP? December 22, 2009 John Buechler's Beard (UK) 1 out of 3 found this review helpful

"this women does my head in. her songs make no sense at all. i just wish people would actually listen to the lyrics that she sings before thinking that she is the best thing ever. if i could give her -5 i would. plastic wraped american c**p" (edinburgh, scotland)
Your completely right! I can't stand the fact that her tunes are so darn catchy. Why can't she just recycle the kind of X-factor type s**t that Simon Cowell so unashamadly churns out year after year. How dare she be so original. I cannot bare to even talk about her any more, I'm off to watch "Family Ness" on my television set, then get drunk play the bagpipes while wearing a kilt, toss a caber and eat haggis whilst saying "och aye the noo"
